It is always right frame of your mind, your state of mind and your mindset and with a combination of hard work, enough fanaticism, enough patience and discipline and lots of arse luck some of the shrew people are going to get way better result than average people in the nature of things. There is no magic wand whereby you can wave to get whatsoever crap you want.
